31 May 2015. A rainy CDG airport. On way to Miami Beach, Florida. Was heading over there every 4 months or so to help mother with the day to day stuff.

@B. Thomas: I was lucky to be a freelance designer. My time was my own. I could work from anywhere I happen to be thanks to computers and the internet. It was a good thing. Some trips I was there from 2 to 3 weeks as planned. Sometimes I had to stay 2 or 3 months. Extending car rentals and changing return flights. I was lucky and there were very little hangups with travel plans. It, 4 years of the back and forth, went mostly smoothly.
